The Building Process

The building process starts long before the first shovel of dirt is turned.

We pride ourselves on being able to work with our customers from conception all the way through completion and even into the warranty period. We provide detailed specifications beyond the plans themselves, which insures that everyone is on the same page and there is no miscommunication between builder and homebuyer.

One thing that we feel strongly about is the fact that people don't take the time to check references on builders. The life blood of any business is, (or should be), how well they have served their past clients. In our fast paced society, too many people do not take the time to do thourough background checks and end up with a home that is not up to their expectations.

We have 49 years of combined experience in the construction field. We have made every effort to stay up on the latest codes, regulations, and changes in the building industry. We have also spent much time in order to stay up with the latest technology advancements.

We will make every effort to listen to what you want, deliver the expected product and do so in a professional and timely manner.
